I'm wondering if this is my problem and have tried to change to 'switch mode' using the command below as I'd prefer to have 5 individual interfaces. I've done a bit more reading and noticed that on the 60F interfaces 1-5 are bundled as the 'internal' interface. I've even tried disabling STP on the 'internal' interface with no luck.
